From history of potestarion-political institutes of the Kazakh people

Abstract

The article provides overall view about Kazakh- traditional social politically- potestarian institutes. There is disclosure of importance of historical stages through consideration of evolution of political and traditional authorities. The consideration of imperial institutes which have been created over thousands of years, as a state treasure, which have left immortal heritage, shows basic historical evidences about created races and tribes. There is a mention of figures, which gave their lives for state integrity, steppe democracy and the increase of central politically- potestarian authority. Due to their organization and the ability to manage they used to find solutions against colonial oppression and participated in Khan’s elections. The evaluation of representatives of state authorities in historical sources shows their ability to leadership and to straggle with various political and social problems. The formation of state over some periods has own laws. Before Kazakh territory has joined the central empire, suitable for those times state formation, which was carried out by combination of empires, considers as a service to the state.
