Security work of historical and cultural monuments of local importance: the current technical condition of the Yesik burial ground

Abstract

This article is devoted to the protection, preservation and use of ancient monuments of the Issyk
reserve. There will also he proposals to revise and supplement legal documents regarding the current
technical conditional of the Issyk burial ground. On the whole, large-scale cultural heritage preservation
events are presented not only by the museum-reserve staff, but by the entire population as protected
items. Monuments of material culture are the property of the people, their patron is also the people.
Therefore in order to preserve and restore the heritage of people, to excite the emotions of the modern
generation. And this is one of the main directions of the science, which is an honourable one, which
fights is an a daily, regular and regular basis. This is why the article discusses how to conduct archeological
research and documentary records of previously discovered (previously unknown) monuments. We
also dedicate the article to our mentor Beken ata (Bekmukhanbet Nurmukhanbetov).
An archaeologist Б. Nurmuhanbetov spent most of his life exploring recognising and preserving
historical and cultural monuments. At the end of his life, he also asked his students to do this good work.
