Abstract

Modernization of higher education is going on in Kazakhstan. Preservation of historical memory, language and culture is a priority in educational policy. The article deals with the forms and methods of interactive history teaching in high school. The author considers the problems of implementation of interactive teaching methods on history of universities in Kazakhstan. Interactive teaching methods contribute to the formation and development of key competences in informatics, communication, debates, research, co-operation, which determine the success of students. If a student is successful in their educational activity, then there will be grow his motivation to self-education and self-improvement, including emotions, interests, goal-setting, the will to achieve the goals, and eventually the most important life, professional, civic and moral values.
