The issues of natural resource use in 19th in Kazakhstan on the base of information of the legislative Acts of the Russian Empire

Abstract

The article considers the possibilities of studying history of natural resource use in Kazakhstan in the 18-19th on the base of information of the legislative Acts of the Russian Empire. It consists of information about distribution of nomads, development of settlers’ farming and development of haying. During the period not only available land includes in the economic turnover, but also fallow of natural recourses. Further studying of recourses will allow to compose a certain imagination about searching natural recourses in Kirgiz heath, about organization of extraction of different metalsand minerals in the area, about members of extractive industry in Kazakhstan. The author tried to reveal some problems in history of natural development in Kirgiz area which were also marked in Laws of the Russian Empire.
