Abstract

In social sciences the concept West and East with features and distinctions inherent in them, the contradicting characteristics are always an actual problem. Before taking a modern form, world outlook, cultural and social representations of these two societies have had many centuries and transformations. In this article is considered the characteristics of the public relations which have developed in different civilizations on the basis of advanced views of Aristotle who is recognized as the father of philosophy and the great scientist of the East – Al-Farabi, which have importance for whole humankind. Ideal society is the main issue, attracting attention of many philosophers and scientists up to nowadays. Especially in modern multipeculiar society it is possible to assume that development of the public relations reaches own peak. Now such problems of society as a role of the state in life of a modern person, development of moral society, development of the cities demand research in a historical context. Thus, it is easy to notice that opinions and conclusions of great thinkers still haven’t lost the relevance. Key words: public relations, ideal society, ideal state, civilization, development of society.
