Ethnic history of Oguzes: studies of the pre-revolutionary and Soviet period

Abstract

The aim of the article is historicalanalyze and research of the scientific works related to history of Turk people, as well as contribution of Soviet period to the history of Kazakhstan and whole Turk world. As ethnical and political processes were connected to each other in the ancient and medieval period, the changes of territory and tribal relations and confluences in some terms led to establishment of tribal ethnical relationships. Any current ethnos is ancient territorial and political community with ethno genetic processes. In this term, the role of occupation and migration of Oguz people in the world history and history of Turkic people will be determined and the role in the ethno genetic of Turkic people – Azerbaizhan,  Gagauz, Turikmen, Turk, Kyrgyz, Ozbek etc.  will be analyzed in term of history. The first period is related to the collecting of data  of Turkic period and its publishing,  the second period is known for scientific turnover of those collected data and analyzing them, and thoughts and opinions of scientists.  During the scientific research as historical data along with the works of Kazakhstan's scientists, Russian and Western historians and orientalists’ works will be considered. Current new and traditional methodologies of history science will be used during the research of the determining of role of Oguz people in the establishment of ethno genes of Turkic people. Comparative method will be used during the research.
