The economic situation in Afghanistan In the 50-70-ies of XX century

Abstract

The article deals with the economic situation in Afghanistan after com- ing to power, Daoud in 50-70 – ies of XX century. The essence of declara- tion of the extension of the state’s role in the economy, which is to carry out land reform, organizational changes in the management of agricul- ture, the adoption of the law on foreign investment, reform of the banking system, the drafting of the development of villages, training of specialists in the field of agriculture. Statistical materials help to show the dramatic changes that have taken place during the period of modernization of ag- riculture – from a very primitive state of agriculture before the start of the use of science and technology.
