Abstract

Mustafa Shokai created Turkestan autonomy for the unit of peoples
of Turkestan, who had been the colonial policy of Russia, but after the
defeat autonomy by Bolsheviks, the national leader chose emigration as a
special way of fighting. The article discusses the activities of Mustafa Shokai abroad in the struggle for independence of Turkestan. Also, the article
states that, while in exile Mustafa Shokai through the print media has been
active in information activities on the issue of independence of Turkestan.
