Abstract

The author reveals the Worker elnost historical figure Tolybay’s. In the article the author reveals the activity of the historical figures of Taliba criticism, hero of the Kazakh legends, active participant in internal and foreign policy and social events of the era of the Golden Horde by comparison with other evidence and by establishing sources. Given the evidence that in the Turkish folk literature, the historical basis of folklore about Tolybai criticism is taken from the times of the rulers of the Golden Horde, such as Uzbek Khan, Zhanibek Khan, Berdybek Khan and these works testify to the high level of development of the literature.
However, analyzed socio-cognitive activity, the causes and consequences of the emergence of works on Tolybai, that, along with the art of oratory and the canons of humanism legends about him were widely circulated among the masses, examples of works. To this day much is said of the Kazakh legends, and it should be noted that the study was about Tolybai synchy (master of horses) published for the first time. The article draws interesting conclusions on the ideological content and genre nature of the legend of historical personality
