Abstract

The article analyzes the selected data of ancient DNA of paleo samples, the results of which were published in the scientific article 137 of ancient human genomes from across the Eurasian steppes in the journal Nature in 2018. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the growth of Mongoloid genetic components in the ancient population living on the territory of Kazakhstan and adjacent regions from the Iron Age to our days. Based on historical reconstruction, migration processes and comparative analyzes of the growth of Mongoloid genetic components, the authors made an attempt to reconstruct the entire evolutionary path, starting from the Iron Age to the formation of the gene pool of the modern Kazakh ethnos.
