Issues of the day of revival of the Kazakh ordinary right

Abstract

In the article the author outlines the urgent issues of activation of Kazakh custom rituals. Today, a scientific analysis of the symbols and manifestations of the «customary law institute of law», which is being revamped, shows how methods and ways of development of this phenomenon were developed in the past; The Kazakh court of justice was the closest legal body to the people by its sincerity. Worldwide, scientists have come to see that the legal framework and the unique judicial system that can be combined with the classic courts of the world, with its rich history of judicial proceedings. The judiciary has a special role in the state power of the Kazakh people, which has been in the centuries-old history for thousands of years. This legal system, based on a traditional national tradition, which has long been based on national tradition, has not become indifferent to the evolution of long-term development in our national mind as a clear expression of justice and truth. It is necessary to recognize all the labor of the nation, which is characterized by such a legal culture, its prestige and role in the nation.
