Research level of repatriates (oralman) issue

Abstract

This article is devoted to the migration and ethnic processes of the Kazakh repatriates of Zhetysu since the Independence of Kazakhstan, i.e. during 1991-2014. The author describes diaspora, repatriates, cultural life and political socio-economic conditions of the ethnic groups, ethnocultural heritage preservation and changes, adaptation to the local environment during their settlement process, academic papers of domestic and foreign scholars about their role in our country’s political, social and cultural development. As well as, the significant data are considered which help to cover the given topic.
