The relationship of the authorities of the Temporarily Government with organizations in Kazakhstan
Abstract
The article discusses the influence of February Revolution and the relationship of the authorities of the temporarily government in Kazakhstan with political organizations. To carry out its policy of the temporarily government was based on the Kazakh Committee and the Committee of Muslims. From these basic structures of the organization supporting the authority of the temporarily government were Kazakh Committee and the Committee of Muslims, as well as such national and religious organizations, such as Uighur, Dungan (Taranshy-Dungan), Kyrgyz county committees. Some researchers describe these organizations as separate national entities, which serve as an instrument of power of the temporarily gov- ernment. But the relationship between the temporarily government and these organizations have been positive, the article provides an analysis of the process. Also, according to the tasks of the temporarily government in Zhetysu in 1916 to resolve the ethnic conflict and the conclusion of peace and harmony. Turkestan Committee also at the meeting of temporarily government April 25, 1917 raised the issue of inter-ethnic conflicts in Zhetysu and considered measures to eliminate the consequences of heavy uprising.
