Manuscript Submission

1. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts are accepted exclusively through the journal's electronic editorial system (Open Journal Systems, OJS).

To submit a manuscript, the author(s) must register on the official journal website and upload the following documents:

·        the manuscript;

·        a cover letter;

·        any additional documents required by the journal (if applicable).

After registration and submission, authors may monitor all stages of the editorial process through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, including manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, editorial decision, and publication.

2. Originality Check

All submitted manuscripts undergo mandatory originality screening using the Antiplagiat.VUZ plagiarism detection system.

The minimum acceptable originality score is 80%.

The Editorial Board rejects manuscripts containing:

·        plagiarism;

·        self-plagiarism;

·        improper use of published materials without appropriate citation;

·        misappropriation of another person's research results;

·        any other violations of academic integrity.

Where such violations are identified, the Editorial Board reserves the right to reject the manuscript without peer review.

3. Initial Editorial Screening

Following the originality check, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment.

At this stage, the Editorial Board evaluates whether the manuscript complies with:

·        the journal's scope;

·        formatting requirements;

·        manuscript structure;

·        editorial policies;

·        publication ethics standards.

Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected prior to peer review.

4. Peer Review and Editorial Decision

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial screening are sent for double-blind peer review.

Authors are normally informed of the peer-review results within 4–5 weeks from the date of manuscript submission.

The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on:

·        reviewers' recommendations;

·        recommendations of the Editorial Board;

·        compliance with the journal's requirements;

·        adherence to publication ethics.

Following the editorial decision, authors are notified whether the manuscript is:

·        accepted for publication;

·        returned for revision; or

·        rejected.

5. Date of Acceptance

The official date of acceptance is the date on which the final revised version of the manuscript is formally accepted by the Editorial Board following completion of peer review and editorial processing.
