Information about authors, including their names, affiliations, contact details, academic degrees, and identifiers of author profiles in international databases, is published in the “Author Information” section.

The Editorial Board does not disclose information regarding submitted manuscripts, authors, or reviewers to third parties prior to publication, except as required by the peer-review process, applicable legislation, or the prevention of publication ethics violations.

Personal data of authors, reviewers, and members of the Editorial Board are used exclusively for editorial and publishing purposes, the organization of peer review, scholarly communication, and the indexing of published materials in international databases.

The Editorial Office implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of manuscript materials, refrain from using information contained therein for personal purposes, and not disclose such information to third parties without the permission of the Editorial Office.

Authors’ contact information is not used for commercial purposes and is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for the publication process and the operation of scholarly information systems.

By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors consent to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for the review, peer-review, publication, and dissemination of their scholarly work.
