Recommended Article Structure

The following structure is highly recommended:

  • introduction (relevance, problem statement, purpose/objectives);

  • literature review;

  • methodology / materials and methods;

  • results and discussion;

  • conclusion;

  • declarations/statements (where applicable);

  • литература / references.

Declarations and Statements (where applicable)

It is recommended to include the following sections in the manuscript (usually placed before the References section):

  • conflict of interest (presence/absence);

  • funding (the funding source or a statement indicating that no funding was received);

  • ethical approval/consent – if the study involves human participants or personal data (surveys, interviews, etc.);

  • Data Availability – if data, archives, corpora, or code were used: specify how access is provided or why access is restricted.

Citations and References (APA 7th edition)

Bibliographic citations and the reference list must comply with the APA (7th edition) standard. The title of the bibliography section depends on the language of the main text:

  • «Әдебиеттер» (Kazakh),

  • «Литература» (Russian),

  • «References» (English).

For articles written in Kazakh and Russian, a supplementary "References" section in English is mandatory. In this section, bibliographic data must be transliterated into the Latin alphabet, and, if necessary, the English translation of the title must be provided in square brackets.

For articles written natively in English, additional transliteration and formatting of the bibliography in Kazakh/Russian are not required.

Plagiarism Check

All manuscripts undergo a plagiarism screening. Manuscripts are proceeded to peer review provided that citations are correct and the originality score exceeds 80%.

Peer Review and Editorial Decisions

The journal employs a double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is sent to at least two independent reviewers. Possible editorial decisions: accept; accept with revisions; resubmit for review; reject.

Use of AI Tools

  • The use of AI is permitted solely for assistance (linguistic editing, translation, formatting, bibliography generation, technical data processing) under the strict verification of the authors. The use of AI must be disclosed in the cover letter.

  • The use of generative AI for data fabrication/falsification, creating fake sources/citations, or misleading manipulation of illustrations/data is strictly prohibited.

DOI

Each published article is assigned a DOI (registered via Crossref).

Publication Fee

The publication fee is 60,000 KZT per article and is charged after the manuscript has been accepted. Payment does not influence the editorial decision and does not bypass the peer-review process. Proof of payment (receipt in PDF or JPEG format) must be sent to the editorial email address.
