Authors of articles published in the KazNU Bulletin. Historical Series grant the publisher the right of first publication and license their works under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. The copyright holder of the published materials is Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Authorship is limited to individuals who have made a substantial scholarly contribution to the development of the research concept, preparation of the manuscript, analysis, and interpretation of the results. All authors share responsibility for maintaining academic integrity and complying with publication ethics standards in accordance with COPE principles and internationally recognized ethical guidelines for scholarly publishing.

In accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International license, authors retain their moral rights to the manuscript while granting users a non-exclusive right to access, read, download, copy, distribute, reproduce, and adapt the materials for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper authorship attribution is given, the original publication in the KazNU Bulletin. Historical Series is correctly cited, and any modifications are clearly indicated.

The use of published materials for commercial purposes is permitted only with the prior written permission of the copyright holder.

Authors are entitled to deposit and disseminate their published articles in institutional repositories, academic networks, personal websites, and other non-commercial platforms, provided that a link to the original publication in the KazNU Bulletin. Historical Series is included.
