I/We confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication in any other journals.

Hereby, we guarantee and take full responsibility that the placement of the scientific article in the journal does not violate the copyright of third parties, as well as the principles, norms, and standards of scientific and/or publishing ethics. The author(s) grant the journal publisher non-exclusive rights to use the scientific article for an unlimited period.

I/We have no objection to the placement of the article on the journal's website in open access format after the manuscript is accepted for publication in the journal, and to the distribution of the printed issue of the journal containing the published article in libraries and other organizations and/or institutions.

I/We have no objection to the manuscript being checked for plagiarism and other violations of publishing ethics.

Hereby, I/We authorize the editorial board to independently carry out scientific and literary editing of the manuscript, without altering its fundamental content, conduct peer review of the manuscript, and suggest necessary revisions. The manuscript discloses information about the use of generative ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (hereinafter AI) / AI-supported tools, specifying the models or services used, as well as the reasons for their application.

At the end of the article, immediately before the references/bibliography, the following statement will be included:

“In preparing this work, the author(s) used (NAME OF MODEL/SERVICE) in order to (JUSTIFY). After using this tool/service, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content as necessary and take full responsibility for the content of the publication.”

I/We confirm that the article fully complies with the journal's policy regarding the use of generative AI, and that all tools used were applied in accordance with the guidelines of publishing ethics.

We also understand that in case of serious violations of publishing ethics related to the use of AI, the process of retraction may be initiated, and we accept full responsibility for adhering to all norms and standards established by the journal.
