Economic and cultural-humanitarian aims of foreign-policy strategy of Republic Kazakhstan

In article authors opened favorable conditions for establishment and development of the economic relations between Kazakhstan and other Central Asian states that quite corresponds to foreign policy strategy of our state. Also in article determined the level of geopolitical value of the region of Central Asia which in turn caused keen interest of the countries of the European Union and the USA. Considering the listed above factors Kazakhstan acts as the active integrator in the Central Asian region for the purpose of creation of a common market of oil and gas, and also joint development of hydro-electric resources of the region which successful realization, would promote in a certain degree to resolve many problems of social and economic and cultural-humanitarian character.
