Аннотация

People's Commissariat of Education - was one of the main state bodies in the 20-40s. of the ХХ century, performing the most important functions in the implementation of state and cultural construction carried out in Kazakhstan during the founding of the Kyrgyz (Kazakh) Autonomous Socialist Soviet Republic. The Commissariat was founded on October 12, 1920 as a result of the resolution of the First Congress of Soviets of the Kyrgyz (Kazakh) ASSR on the basis of the Decree of the All-Union Executive Committees of Soviets and the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic of August 26, 1920. The activities of this State body in the direction of education, the formation of the education system, the elimination of illiteracy among the population, the development of culture were in the focus of attention of both society and the authorities.

At this stage, it is worth noting the role of the newspaper "Enbekshi(l) kazak" ("Labor Kazak") in covering the work of not only the People's Commissariat of Education, but also all state structures, since one of the main tasks of the newspaper, which is essentially was the main printed organ of the Kyrgyz (Kazakh) Central Executive Committee, it was - an explanation among the people of the path of development and the tasks of the government and the involvement of more people in the work of state and cultural construction.

The article is devoted to the study of the activities and a brief history of the People's Commissariat of Education, as well as the history of coverage of government work in the newspaper "Enbekshi(l) Kazakh" on the example of the People's Commissariat of Education.
