Statesmen – Kazakhs about the needs of their people in the imperial period of development of Kazakhstan (XIX century-20- 30th of the XX century)

Abstract

In the article the author try to show the problem of life support of the Kazakh people, compared with the positions on the issue of public figures – the Kazakhs, who worked in the control period of the Kazakh territory of the Russian and Soviet empires. In particular, it summarized the views of a senior official of the XIX century– beginning of XX century D.CH. Seydalin and more soundly – the position of prominent state and public figure of the Soviet state in the 20-30th of the XX century S. Sadvakasov. Also, the author emphasize the relevance and importance of increasing the welfare of the people of Kazakhstan in the period of independence.
