Activities of intellectuals during the functioning of imperial power in Kazakhstan (The 30s of XX century)

Abstract

In this article, the author reveals the activities of individuals who
worked in the leading universities of our country in the 30s of XX century.
Intellectuals, whose life and work played a significant role in the development of higher education in Kazakhstan, experts in the field of education and science, the experts of the Kazakh language and literature, who
worked for the benefit of the Kazakh State University named after S.M.
Kirov (al­Farabi Kazakh National University) and the Soviet state. This article was written based on an analysis of documents stored in archival collections CSA RK, the al­Farabi and research of Kazakhstan scientists. The
author calls for scientists and university teachers take care of the history of
the university and the activities of intellectuals who have been repressed
during the imperial power in Soviet Kazakhstan
