Access to archival documents in foreign countries

Abstract

This article discusses some aspects of the solution to the problem of
access to archival documents. The openness of archives reveals opportunities for folding free of ideological and political stereotypes system ensuring
their availability. Defines mechanisms for openness archival institutions in
the USA and several European countries, as well as defining access policies. In this regard, the ratio of solution to the problems of confidential
information and levels of information and reference and research service.
Domestic archival institutions must constantly relate their development
to the archives and archival business in foreign countries, conduct objective historical comparisons, highlighting positive for archival sphere of the
Republic of Kazakhstan.
