Documentation and Special Historical Disciplines

Abstract

The article describes the history of formation and development of
records management as a scientific discipline. We consider the first occurrence of the term documentation. It is a compilation of the requirements and design, the appearance of legislative and legal basis of the
document. It shows the value of pismovnik N.Kurganov XVIII century pismovnik I.Sokolsky «Cabinet Secretary or a merchant.» Detected practical
experience and streamline document management in the Soviet period,
including the role of the Institute of technology management, unified state
system of record keeping. And the most important identified object and
subject, interdisciplinary synthesis of Documentation, the whole cycle of
its connection with the special historical disciplines studying the function
of the document as a historical source: the history, the history of public
institutions, paleography, sphragistics, heraldry, chronology, metrology,
diplomatics, source. Peq it is on the scientific literature and textbooks,
teaching materials, which are devoted to the problems of formation and
development documentation.
