From the history of state institutions of governance of the Kazakh Khanate

The article deals with the history of institutes of public administration in the Kazakh Khanate. The evolution of the institutes of khan, foremen, biys, batyrs and aksakals is analyzed. The same applies concern to the different tribes, juzes that existed in different historical periods, as well as the intergenerational, interethnic relations established within them. To solve the problems, scientific hypotheses were involved, helping to disclose the causes of the liquidation of traditional institutions
