About prerequisites of creation of Museum and educational methodological center in the reserve-museum «Issyk»

Abstract

In the artical is covered a long-term and systematic experience of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum «Issyk» of holding seminars for the upgrading of the skills of museum employees. Positive aspects of museum seminars are observed in the form of systematization of museum staff knowledge, development of analytical thinking, exchange of experience among participants. Analysis of prerequisites is made and the prospect of the development of the republican museum and educational methodical center on the basis of the reserve-museum «Issyk» is designated. The conclusions raise the issue of the need for the need to allocate targeted financing and the development of material and personnel support to ensure the functioning of the Center as a full-fledged structural unit of the reserve museum is still the question to observe.
