Method of collection, processing and demonstration of information in the implementation of the project "Creation of a GIS portal» Monuments of history and culture of Kazakhstan"

Abstract

In this article, the methodological principles and method of implementing a database prepared during the work on the project «Creating a GIS Portal» are considered. The authors point to the sources of information used in the work, as well as the structure of the database. Also described is the online ArcGIS Online platform, which will demonstrate the results of the work. The final result of this work is a consolidated database of historical and cultural monuments located on the territory of Kazakhstan, created in the ArcGIS application and an online map on the ArcGIS Online platform.
