Historiographical analysis on the views of Russian authors in relation to the traditional system of power in the Kazakh society

Abstract

The article considers the significance of determining the position of social groups in the system of power in the traditional Kazakh society of the nineteenth century. Currently, this topic is one of the most demanding and research in historical science. The personal reputation of patriarchs and sultans as politicians leads to a number of successes in history. The author formulates data on this topic from the works of Russian authors-researchers, such as S. Broniewski, A.K. Gaines, A. Levshin, M. Krosovskiy, V.V. Radlov. So the separate researches has not been formulated yet on the views of these authors on the issue of the traditional system of power, the article includes an overview of the facts and historical data that reveal their meaning.
