US Foreign Policy and the goal and objectives of the project «Greater Central Asia

Abstract

In article analyzed the project of creation so-called «Big Central Asia» (BCA). Authors open an essence of the project, on cooperation and development of Big Central Asia (BCA), uniting the Central Asian states and Afghanistan under control of Washington.
In article authors paid attention to various aspects of the project. This project was widely discussed in the American expert community. However, despite the relevance and importance, a question of development of idea of creation of «Big Central Asia» not studied fully. American works devoted to this matter isn’t enough, and it is specially not considered by domestic researchers. Thereof, the purpose of article is studying of process of formation of idea of «Big Central Asia» in American political and expert community.
