The life and work of the military leader for alashorda’s – Hamit Tuktamysheva

Abstract

The article highlights the current political situation in the first quarter of the twentieth century and special aspects of the life of the military figure Khamit Toktamysov. The chronicle of political events and the Civil war of 1917-1920 is inextricably linked with the history of the Alash movement. In historical documents of these years, along with the figures of Alash, the name of Hamit Tuktamyshev is often mentioned. At the same time, the author focused on the activities of the figure in the military sphere, scientifically justifying it with documents from archival funds. In particular, Khamit Tuktamyshev’s relations with the Siberian political forces, as the head of the Alashorda military unit, are supported by documents. Also, at the head of the Alash military formations that operated as part of the anti-Bolshevik forces, the name of Hamit Tuktamyshev is respectfully called. The study comprehensively analyzes the professional military activities and the fate of the Alash officer, who was presented to the scientific community as a result of a detailed analysis.
